These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bajiii (hereinafter "bajiii", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bajiii website at https://bajiii.net and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features offered thereon.

By accessing the bajiii website, creating a bajiii account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the bajiii platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and understand them fully;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions without reservation;
• You are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction;
• You are accessing bajiii for your own personal recreational use only, and not on behalf of any third party;
• The information you have provided or will provide to bajiii during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate, complete, and truthful;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bajiii platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of bajiii following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms in full.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with bajiii's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and bajiii. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a specific promotional or bonus terms document, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active bajiii account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bajiii enforces a strict 18+ age verification policy. bajiii reserves the right to request official government-issued identification — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — from any account holder at any time and without providing a reason.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered bajiii account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances across all associated accounts.
• Personal account: Your bajiii account must be registered in your own true name and used only by you. You may not create an account on behalf of another person, and you may not allow any other person to use your bajiii account.
• Not a bajiii employee: Current employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of bajiii personnel are not permitted to hold active betting accounts on the platform.

bajiii conducts age and identity verification checks as part of its account management process. Players who fail to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bajiii may have their account suspended, withdrawals withheld, or the account permanently closed. bajiii does not accept liability for any losses incurred by a player as a result of verification delays attributable to the player's failure to provide requested documentation promptly.

Jurisdiction Notice

It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that their use of the bajiii platform complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in their own jurisdiction. bajiii makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction. Players who access bajiii from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

To access real-money features on bajiii — including deposits, withdrawals, live casino, cricket betting, slots, WM Live, and Dino Hunter — you must first create a registered bajiii account. Account registration is free of charge.

Registration Requirements

During the registration process, you will be required to provide the following information accurately and completely:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your National ID card or passport)

• Valid email address (used for account communications)
• Mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajiii account credentials — including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. bajiii will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised transactions arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

If you suspect that your bajiii account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify bajiii support immediately at [email protected]. bajiii will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses that occurred prior to the notification being received.

Account Verification (KYC)

bajiii operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. bajiii may request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of a routine account review. Acceptable documents include:

Documents must be provided in a legible format. bajiii reserves the right to reject documents that are unclear, altered, expired, or otherwise fail to meet verification standards. Pending verification, bajiii may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests. bajiii processes verification submissions within 3 business days of receiving complete documentation.

All financial transactions on the bajiii platform — deposits and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bajiii does not hold balances in any foreign currency, and no currency conversion is applied to any transaction.

Accepted Payment Methods

bajiii accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Bangladesh-compatible payment channels:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bangladeshi Banks: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by your issuing bank)

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bajiii account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business days to reflect, depending on the issuing bank.
• bajiii does not charge a deposit fee, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• bajiii processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• bajiii reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the withdrawal amount.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• bajiii does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not registered in the player's own name, or accounts that have not been used for a prior deposit.

bajiii offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned to Bangladeshi events such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL cricket season. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general bonus rules set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to registered bajiii account holders who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to each eligible player once only. Duplicate accounts created to claim the same bonus will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "playthrough requirements") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• bajiii reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus and commenced wagering will be permitted to complete the wagering requirement under the terms in force at the time of acceptance.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between bajiii accounts, converted to cash, or used in conjunction with other bonuses unless the specific promotion explicitly permits this.
• bajiii reserves the right to reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from it — if it determines that the bonus was claimed fraudulently, through multiple accounts, or in breach of these Terms or any specific promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse

bajiii actively monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring"); coordinated play across multiple accounts to exploit a promotion; and use of automated software or bots to generate wagering activity. bajiii reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that bonus abuse has occurred.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity across the bajiii platform — including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino tables, slots, WM Live, and Dino Hunter. Game-specific rules are published in the individual game help sections accessible from the game interface.

• Minimum stake: The minimum stake for sports betting markets is ৳100 per wager. Minimum stakes for casino games and slots vary by game and are displayed within the game interface.
• Bet confirmation: A bet is not accepted until bajiii issues a confirmed bet receipt. bajiii is not liable for bets that were not confirmed due to technical issues on the player's device, connection failure, or platform maintenance.
• Odds: bajiii publishes cricket and sports betting odds in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) betting on cricket and other sports markets is subject to brief delays in odds updates during high-traffic periods such as BPL finals and IPL super-overs. bajiii reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Palpable errors: In the event that bajiii publishes materially incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error, bajiii reserves the right to void any bets placed at those incorrect odds, regardless of whether the bets have already been settled. bajiii will notify affected players and refund the original stake amount.
• Match abandonment: In cricket and other sports betting markets, the treatment of abandoned, postponed, or interrupted matches is governed by the specific market rules published on the bajiii sports betting pages. As a general rule, bets on matches abandoned before the minimum completion threshold are voided and the stake is returned.
• RNG certification: All slots, RNG table games, and virtual sports titles offered on bajiii are sourced from studios whose random number generators have been independently tested and certified for fairness. bajiii does not modify or influence the outcome of any RNG game.

Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure — including but not limited to server interruptions, disconnections, game software errors, or payment gateway outages — bajiii will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly and to restore affected accounts to the correct pre-failure state where this can be verified. bajiii's decision on the treatment of bets and game rounds affected by technical failures is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bajiii platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one bajiii account;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Using a bajiii account that was registered by or belongs to another person;
• Attempting to circumvent bajiii's age verification or identity verification processes;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the bajiii platform, place bets, or claim bonuses;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature — any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported to bajiii support immediately;
• Colluding with other players or with bajiii personnel to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or using non-public information in relation to any sports betting market on bajiii;
• Using the bajiii platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bajiii staff or other users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any element of the bajiii platform, game software, or intellectual property.

bajiii reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any bajiii account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime;
• Account holder found to be under 18 years of age;
• Player has requested self-exclusion via the responsible gaming dashboard;
• bajiii is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a competent authority.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your bajiii account at any time by contacting bajiii support at [email protected]. Before closure, bajiii will process any pending withdrawals of legitimate real-money balances (i.e., funds derived from deposits, not uncleared bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements). Closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion

bajiii provides self-exclusion tools for players who wish to take a break from gambling. Self-exclusion can be activated instantly from the Account Settings section of your logged-in bajiii dashboard. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the bajiii platform should in the first instance be directed to bajiii's support team at [email protected]. bajiii will endeavour to resolve all player disputes fairly and within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint. bajiii's decision on any dispute regarding game outcomes, bet settlements, and bonus eligibility is final once all available evidence has been reviewed.

bajiii does not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of the platform beyond the return of your deposited balance where a claim is upheld. bajiii's total liability to any player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the value of the wager or transaction giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. bajiii reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version supersedes all prior versions. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.
